You don’t have to look very hard to find a “who cares” attitude in today’s culture. Sadly, many people believe the best place to find attitudes of apathy and indifference is at a neighborhood Christian church. Have Western Christians really become complacent? A.W. Tozer said “that this world is a playground instead of a battleground has now been accepted in practice by the vast majority of fundamentalist Christians.”
If this is the case, how do we fight against our own spiritual apathy? How do we respond to people who think Christianity is an irrelevant religion of self-righteousness, bigotry, and hatred? How do we live authentic lives in such an apathetic world?
We welcome you to join us for Winter Youth Retreat 2006. Discover ways to care for the needs of the people God has placed around you, and realize that God is still a God Who cares.
